Things Are Looking Up ❗❗

You know when they say, be consistent, don’t give up and things will come together? Let me tell you how this is starting to happen for me and can happen for you!

Hey friends, I hope you’ve had a great week! 👋

In my last post I shared my progress in launching my FB Lead, beginning results and some of my challenges in the process. It was quite an experience and a WIN! You can go have a read if you haven’t already.

This week I have some more highlights to share about my FB lead ad and how it’s progressing.

I also made a change to how I’m posting on my FB business page which will help drive traffic to my blog.

Before I get into that I want to take a moment and thank some folks who help empower me to keep going. First, I want to thank God, the biggest strength I could ever have! I want to send a huge Thank You to my wife, who partners with God and always prays for me, inspires me and is massive strength and encouragement to me! ❤️

Next, I want to thank all my peers who are in my affiliate marketing FB community that take the time to read my posts and provide feedback and so much encouragement! Everyone else who takes time to read through and encourage me. Finally, I want to thank my mentor and trainers, Dean Holland, Sophie, Glenn and the rest of the Internet Profits team… couldn’t do this without you! Cheers! 🍻

Please understand, I’m not doing this because I’m suddenly making a good amount of money in affiliate marketing. In fact, I’m still not making any money. I’m doing this because I’m truly thankful for where I am, who I have supporting me, and I choose to be thankful throughout this process not just when money comes.

What’s New on FB Lead Ads?

In my last post I wrote that in the first 2 days of my FB lead ad I had 2 subscribers/leads sign up. I was informed by a peer that it takes time for the ad algorithm to improve as it adjusts when data is collected, and FB learns to improve the ad.

Here’s how it played out so far… 🤷

In the first 7 days I gained a total of 10 leads (1-2 here and there). In the following 3 days I received another 10 leads (3+2+5). As time goes on it seems I get more leads in a day. I’ll continue to track this and document how it fluctuates and, in a week or so, consider if I can make any changes to improve the ad and its effectiveness.

On average I’m currently paying 1.75 per lead which continues to improve with time just as the number of leads improves. I’ve had several people click like on the lead ad, and a few others started following me on my FB business page and Instagram, from the ad.

It’s becoming a positive experience and I look forward to continuing with this, establishing more recognition and more familiarity to those who see me on FB and IG. This is all due to continuing to be more consistent even in posting on my FB business page. I seem to get more engagement in my posts.

Facebook & Instagram Posts

I primarily use my Facebook Business page for my affiliate business and build my following there. I do have a personal FB but I like to keep it for less professional activity and more of my “down-time” playground. 😜

On my FB biz page, I share a lot of motivational quotes, videos and reels. I follow a bunch of other motivating FB pages and when I scan through my feed, I share some of those quotes and sayings to my page.

Over the last week I decided to make my own motivational posts by using Canva. I find empowering quotes I think are relevant and I select from option in Canva for templates and images. When I create a post, I add my blog domain in small letters on the bottom of the image. I share it on FB and Instagram, and I do this to use my posts to drive traffic to my blog.

I still share posts I find on other FB pages but try to post my images more often.

Something New for My Productivity

I adapted a new practice to start of and end off my day that has helped me be more focused and mentally stronger. It’s called a “Mood Tracker” and it’s something my wife makes and sells on Amazon. She recently gave me one and I started using it last week. The Mood Tracker I use is typically for men, but she also sells ones for women and seasonal themed ones as well. Very inexpensive.

This Mood Tracker helps me capture and track hours slept, energy levels, food and water intake, exercise and vitamin intake. In addition, I can track daily goals, self-care activities such as gratitude list, affirmations and thoughts to carry me through the day. At the end of each day there’s a section to reflect on each day.

Here’s what mine looks like… If you want to check it out or buy one just click the image!

This has been a real game changer for me and the more I continue with it the more focused I become. My mental health and thoughts are stronger and more positive with every day! I would suggest to everyone who hasn’t already done so, to have something like this I’m place in your daily routine. It only takes a hand full of minutes but has a huge positive impact.

Time to go!

I’d really like to hear your thoughts and feedback on my post! How’s your progress going in reaching your online business success? What do you have in place to help you stay on track with your work, physical and mental health? I would love to hear about it, come and chat with me!

I look forward to hearing from you!

Until next time,

Denny Medeiros

I’m so glad the FB Lead ad is working well for you. I can’t wait to have a go myself at it; I’m just a bit unsure about how to go about it. Gee, I don’t even have a TIE ad on my website yet. I am so encouraged by seeing your achievements. The mood tracker looks very interesting. Keep up the good work!

      Hi Andy,
      Thanks for your comment!
It will come together in your time when ready. The only way I did it was with some help.
Watching the lead ad training and prepared most of the ad through that.
Then before publishing, got Sophie’s advice on the Daily ask us anything. She gave feedback on image and writing.
Creating the emails was more challenging but I made it easy by making the first 7 emails relational, just sharing things I’ve been through and accomplished, mistakes and what I learned… Just as I do on my blogs. The next emails were from IP samples for TIE emails I used.
Hope this helps. My main advice is to try then get feedback from Sophie. Made all the difference for me 🙂

Thank you for sharing, Denny! It’s incredibly inspiring to read about your journey, the progress you’re making with your FB lead ads, and the thoughtful strategies you’re implementing. The emphasis on consistency and gratitude, even before seeing financial rewards, is a valuable lesson for all of us in affiliate marketing or any entrepreneurial endeavor. If you focus just on the money and the end results it can get frustrating because it takes time. And as my grandma says, “if you have your health, you have everything”, so I really appreciate how you’re integrating mental and physical well-being into your business routine. Setting aside time for self-care and reflection can indeed have a profound impact on productivity and mindset. And having a positive growth Mindset is the #1 thing that is needed for success in business.

I would love to learn more about the specific steps you take to optimize your FB ads, perhaps in a future post. Insights into your decision-making process and the tweaks you make could be incredibly beneficial for others in the community. I am working on honing these skills; turning data into actionable steps is an area I need to improve on, and I love learning from others!

Keep up the excellent work, and thank you for being transparent about your journey. Looking forward to your next update!

      Hi Alison,
Thanks for your comment and feedback!
I always enjoy reading your comments! They’re very encouraging, empowering and thought engaging.
I appreciate your suggestions on what you would like to hear more about from me in regards to the FB lead ad.
This week I am going to assess certain data after these 2 weeks. I’ll looking at which emails are being opened or not.
See if there’s anything I can change soon to get better results.
      Keep in touch 🙂

Hi Denny – I just love how you started your post with gratitude and thank you notes are a lost art. It seems you and I are on the same path and you are a little bit ahead of me on Facebook lead ads, however I’ll get there soon. I’m so glad to see your persistence and your patience and your transparency in reporting the numbers that are realistic. Thanks for this information! Have a great day and a great week!

    1. Denny Medeiros

      Hi Ernie
      Thanks for your comment!
I can get so focused on tasks and forget to remember those in my life helping me.
Trying to maintain a more consistent mindset of gratitude 🙂
It’s awesome you’re working on your ad, I’m sure it will be great!
I’m being patient with my results but I have seen a couple others who got many more daily leads than I.
One of them is in a small group getting specific FB lead ad training from Sophie in her program.
I’m going to start capturing some data from the ad including click rates, and email open rates then ask in the Daily ask us anything.
Might as well ask the pro’s 🙂
