Hi Denny – Great update on Facebook lead ads and what is needed in order to tweet them to be successful. I appreciate that you are focused on not only your business health but your health in body as well. The desk riser is so cool. I had one and my old 9 to 5 and it was pretty cool and beneficial as it forced me to keep moving and keep focused. Have a great week ahead!

It’s true the balance of health and business is over looked until it’s too late for many.
I wish I had been more mindful of my health sooner in life.
I think I write so much about the physical, mental and emotional struggles while running business because it’s something so often overlooked and I want to send the message out. Thanks for your continued encouragement 🙂
