I’m so glad my post could help you! It can be so easy to get scattered on our daily tasks, I know that too 🙂
I have to use my daily tracker to set my day up and then reflect at end of days to see what worked/or didn’t, what I learned, and what I could do to prep for the next day. If I don’t, I’m all over the place too. Keep it up, there’s going to be more days in the future you may feel scattered, but keep building the routine of following and agenda. All the best 🙂
