Trying to please everyone?
Staying in a role that drains you?
Believing you “should have figured things out by now”?

Your next chapter requires space.
Releasing creates that space.

3. What do I want to feel more of in 2026?

Not what you want to achieve.
Not what you want to prove.

What you want to feel.
Momentum?
Confidence?
Peace?
Freedom?
Growth?

That feeling becomes your compass for the choices you make in the new year.

You don’t need a new year’s resolution.
