Career Clarity Session – Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
My Commitment to You
When you book a Midlife Career Clarity Session, that time is reserved exclusively for you. I prepare in advance and hold that space intentionally so you receive focused, uninterrupted support.
My goal is not to be rigid, it’s to create a professional container where clarity work is respected.
When we both show up fully, the results are stronger.
To respect both your time and mine, the following policy applies.
1. Rescheduling
You may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours’ notice at no additional cost.
Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee or counted as a completed session.
2. Cancellations

Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance are eligible for a full refund or may be applied as a credit toward a future session.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.
This policy protects the dedicated time set aside for your session.
3. No-Shows
If you do not attend your scheduled session and no prior notice is given, the session will be considered completed and is non-refundable.
If you are running late, please notify me as soon as possible. Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time.
4. Emergencies & Compassion
Life happens, especially in midlife, where responsibilities can be complex.
In cases of genuine emergencies, please reach out. Exceptions may be considered at my discretion.
5. Technology Issues
If technical difficulties arise on my end, we will reschedule at no cost to you.
If technical issues occur on your end, we will make reasonable efforts to continue the session; however, significant disruptions may require rescheduling under the standard policy.
6. Agreement
By booking a Career Clarity Session, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
