Hi, I’m Denny — a career and personal development coach who’s passionate about helping midlife professionals find clarity, confidence, and direction in their next chapter of work and life.
My own journey has been anything but linear.
From delivering medicine on my bike as a 12-year-old to working in bakeries, warehouses, and logistics — I learned early on the value of hard work. But after two back injuries and years in physically demanding jobs, I reached a point where my health simply couldn’t keep up.
That’s when I decided to completely reinvent my career and retrained as a Career Counsellor — a decision that led to a fulfilling 15-year career helping over a thousand people discover new directions and purpose.
But life has a way of bringing us back to crossroads.
When health issues made it difficult to sustain a traditional 9–5 job, I faced the same questions many of my clients struggle with:
“What now? What else can I do? And how do I make a living doing it?”
That challenge became my new mission.
I began exploring ways to build meaningful income online — work that aligns with my lifestyle and values instead of draining them. Along the way, I discovered that clarity is the foundation for every successful transition — whether into a new career or an online business.
Today, through my Midlife Career Clarity Sessions and online resources, I help others navigate the same journey — finding direction, purpose, and the confidence to move forward.
My Philosophy
I believe the second half of life isn’t about slowing down — it’s about realignment.
You already have the skills, wisdom, and resilience. You just need a clear path forward and someone who understands the terrain.
My Online Business Journey
As part of my own transition, I also began learning affiliate marketing — promoting legitimate, high-value products that help others create flexible income streams online.
One of the first resources that truly changed my perspective was The Iceberg Effect by Dean Holland. It’s an honest, no-fluff guide that helped me understand the deeper principles of building a sustainable online business (not a “get rich quick” gimmick).
